Blaine Bros Dumpster Rental Terms
These are the terms behind every Blaine Bros rental, written to answer the questions that cause billing disputes before they happen.

Every Blaine Bros rental includes delivery, pickup, 7 days and the included weight for your dumpster size. The only other charges are the ones listed below. Each one shows its exact amount and the specific situation that triggers it, so nothing on your invoice is a surprise.

| Rental period | 7 days included with every size. Each extra day is $25. Call to extend or to schedule an early pickup. |
| Included weight | 10-yard 2 tons · 15-yard 2.5 tons · 20-yard 3 tons · 30-yard 4 tons. |
| Overage | $75 per ton over the included weight, charged pro-rata by the exact pound from the certified landfill scale ticket. No rounding up. Example: a 20-yard at 3.40 tons net is 0.40 tons over, $30.00. |
| Proof of weight | A digital copy of the certified landfill scale ticket is attached to your final invoice. |
| Final billing | The final invoice, including any overage or extra days, is emailed 3 to 5 business days after pickup, once the landfill processes our disposal logs. |
| Not allowed | Hazardous chemicals, wet paint and batteries. |
| Extra-fee items | Mattresses, automotive tires and appliances containing Freon (fridges, freezers, AC units): $50 per item. |
| Heavy debris | Concrete, dirt, brick and sand: 10 and 15-yard dumpsters only, loaded no more than halfway up the walls. One-material loads qualify for clean-fill pricing. |
| Overfill | Debris must stay level with the top rim. Overloaded bins can't be hauled under Texas DOT rules. If a dumpster is overfilled, a $125 trip fee applies and the excess must be removed before transport. |
| Placement and access | The customer chooses the spot and keeps it clear. If the driver can't drop or pick up because of parked cars, low wires or a locked gate, a $125 trip fee applies. |
| Property protection | Drivers place wooden boards under the dumpster's rollers and rails on concrete and asphalt driveways. |
| Delivery | Standard deliveries 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Book by 3:00 PM for guaranteed next-day delivery. Same-day requests carry a $50 rush fee, subject to truck availability. Drivers text or call 20–30 minutes before arrival. You don't need to be present if the spot is clear. |
| Swaps | Pulling a full dumpster and dropping an empty one counts as a new flat-rate rental. |
| Permits | Street or right-of-way placement may require a city permit. Ask us before booking a street spot. |
